Well, it looks like Google doesn’t really care about keeping the Moto X smartphone a secret anymore. Eric Schmidt, the Executive Chairman of Google, was spotted at the Allen & Co. annual conference in Sun Valley in the U.S., using the Moto X and he didn’t really seem to care who saw it. The Moto X being used by Schmidt had a white back and seems to confirm previous rumours about the phone sporting a large screen.
Another leaked image of the Moto X has also been posted by GSM Arena that shows a variant of the phone with a black matte back, a camera that’s located at the center at the top of the phone with an LED flash placed immediately below it. The Moto X is also supposed to run on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and will be powered by a 1.7GHz dual-core processor with 2GB of RAM. The camera is supposed to be 10MP which has yet to be verified.
Earlier in the day, we had also done a story on a Moto X advertisment that had leaked online. The advertisement was made by Rogers Telecom of Canada, which proves that the Moto X is very close to launch in at least the U.S. and Canada. There’s no word yet about an India launch date.
