Google Play now tells you the most downloaded apps, games and books of 2014, under the Best of 2014 lists.
If you're an Android user addicted to downloading apps, you'll love this. Google has put up a Best of 2014 apps section in the Play Store for various categories. Open Google Play on your phone and go into the Apps, Games or Books section and you will see the Best of 2014 segment right at the top of the list. The lists are also available on the homepage of the Play Store as well.
The list of Android games includes well known titles such as Hitman Go, Clash of Clans, Boom Beach, My Talking Tom and many others. Google has included both paid and free apps on the list. The apps on the other hand include names like Over, EyeEm: Camera & Photo Filter, Viadeo, Carousel – Dropbox Photos, Slideshare Presentations and many others. Google Fit sits pretty at the top of the list, with over 1 million downloads.
