Google has added one of its most used Gmail features – Priority Inbox – to its mobile web application. Until now, users could only access the intelligent mail filtering feature on their desktops/laptops or on their Android phones. Now, if a phone has a browser that supports HTML5, Priority Inbox can be accessed when you log on to gmail.com.

“Once you set up Priority Inbox in the desktop version of Gmail, you’ll see Priority Inbox sections when you visit gmail.com from your phone’s browser and click on the ‘Menu’ screen. You’ll also see importance markers in your inbox, so you can quickly identify which messages are important.”
