Ahead of the official release on August 7, LG’s next flagship smartphone, dubbed G2, has made another appearance on the web. The latest images, leaked by Chinese website the Ruliweb, show the device as well confirm the battery capacity.
The LG G2 comes with a 2,610mAh battery and are user-removable. The images also reveal the 1080p 5.2-inch display, on-screen keys and a transparent background. The status bar also gets the same treatment.
The new set of images come shortly after the company released fresh invites for its August 7th New York event, teasing the G2. The invite featured the smartphone with volume keys and sleep button – in line with previous round of leaks.
The LG G2 is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 2.2GHz quad-core processor along with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone has a 13MP rear camera and is going to run the latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
More and final details of the smartphone are expected to be available after August 7 when the company official showcases the G2.
