The phone was initially priced at Rs 12,999, but will be available at Rs 10,999 from midnight of September 21
Flipkart’s Big Billion Days mobile sale kicks off at midnight on September 21 and the online retailer has announced that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will be available at a discount during the sale. Specifically, the 4GB RAM/64GB storage version of the phone will be available at Rs. 10,999, instead of Rs 12,999 during the sale.
To recall, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 features a 5.5-inch Full HD display and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 platform. The phone features a 13MP camera at the back, while at the front is a 5MP unit. The device is equipped with a 4100mAh battery. While the phone was launched with Android Marshmallow, it will receive the Nougat update.
Last month, Xiaomi had announced that it had sold 5 million units of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 in India in the six months since its launch. The company claims that the handset is the best-selling smartphone in India, beating 4 million sales set by Redmi 3S series. Earlier this month, Xiaomi unveiled a new Lake Blue colour variant of the phone.
