According to the unboxing video, the phone will only be available in black, and will come with a USB cable charger, AC adapter and earphones. The video also informs that the device will come with WhatsApp pre-installed. However, it should be noted that same video was published a few days ago by a YouTube user, Pranav Patel, on his channel.

In an interview with Digit, Shashi Kant Sharma, Director, Docoss said that the reason they have managed to price the X1 so low is because of affiliate marketing. He said that the phone will have apps like Flipkart, Amazon and other e-commerce apps. When a user installs these apps on their phone, Docoss will get an incentive between Rs. 22-40 for each. He also said that the phone is manufactured in China and the company imports it.
