I can only call it ‘madness’ as Apple fans camped outside the Apple Stores.

Apple announced the new iPhone 16 series on September 9. The pre-bookings were opened post that and today finally, on September 20, Apple began the sales for its latest iPhone 16 series. I can only call it ‘madness’ as Apple fans camped outside the Apple Stores, both at BKC in Mumbai and at Saket in Delhi to grab the first few iPhone 16s. People had been lining up outside the Apple Stores for hours before the stores opened officially. Most had pre-booked the iPhone and were just there to collect it and some were there to try their luck as they were unable to get the pre-bookings done.

A lot of funny and astonishing things were seen at the Apple Store today. At the Apple Store in Saket, Delhi, there was a long queue both outside the mall and the store to grab the iPhones. Out of these many people, one man stepped into the Apple Store, Saket, and came out with 10 iPhones in his hands! I am just thinking of how many things I could have bought with that sort of money.

When asked why he had bought so many iPhones, he said that these were good phones and that Apple was a good brand. Brand loyalty and excitement were at their peak today at the Apple Stores.

Our team was present at the Apple Store in Delhi to cover this whole fiasco. Out of the four phones that Apple had launched, namely iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max, the top-end variants were more in demand on the first day of the sale.

Are you an Apple fan and are you looking forward to buying the new iPhone 16? Or you’re an Android fan and don’t get the hype? Let me know in the comments.
