Celkon Win 400 silently goes on sale for Rs. 4,702 & is the lowest priced Windows Phone.
Celkon has silently unveiled and joined the Windows Phone bandwagon with the Celkon Win 400. The Win 400 from Celkon is the lowest priced Windows Phone smartphone, right now, with a price tag of Rs. 4,999. The phone is available on Snapdeal for Rs. 4,702.
The Celkon Win 400 runs on Windows Phone 8.1 and the phone is powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 and 512MB RAM. It has a 4-inch screen and a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The phone has a 5 MP rear camera and a 1.3 MP front-facing camera. It also has 4GB of internal storage and supports microSD cards up to 32GB.
The Win 400 from Celkon is priced considerably lower than its closest rival, the Karbonn Titanium Wind W4 which is priced at Rs. 5,999. Though Microsoft has been struggling to maintain its market share in the 10K+ segment among the likes of Moto G and Asus Zenfone 5, budget Windows Phone based smartphones can definitely make an impact in the lower segment of the market.
