Apple released the iPhone 15 series with the new Titanium chassis and the A17 Pro chipset. These new upgrades seemed next level until now. Multiple users on X (formerly Twitter) are claiming that there are heating issues in the all-new iPhone 15 series, especially the iPhone 15 Pro models. These heating issues are so serious that some users are even saying that it gets uncomfortable holding it for too long.

The Apple iPhone 15 Pro is reportedly heating up to 116 Fahrenheit (46.67 degrees Celsius). If we talk about smartphones, 46.67 degrees is a lot. Most of the users faced the heating issue while charging their smartphones. Some iPhone 15 users are even blaming the Titanium chassis to be the reason behind this heating issue. However, the iPhone 15 is also reported to face this issue, which doesn’t have Titanium Chassis.
Here are some reactions on iPhone 15’s heating issue that people took to X (formerly Twitter) to share.
The Apple Hub has reported the heating issue in the iPhone 15 Pro Max and said, “Things are not looking good.”
Another X user, Mohit Verma, has reported the same issue in the iPhone 15 Pro. He claimed that his smartphone got so heated up that it was uncomfortable to hold it anymore. It was just after a 2 minute FaceTime call and 8-10 minutes of scrolling through reels.
On the other hand, Zaheen Haris trolled the iPhone 15 Pro promotional poster by recreating it with “Titanium. Overheats. Scratches easily” tagline.
Famous publications like 9to5Mac have also posted the heating test of iPhone 15 on X. 9to5Mac’s Ian Zelbo tested the iPhone 15 by putting the smartphone on charging. It resulted in a high temperature of 116 Fahrenheit (46.47 degree celsius).
One more X user, AlexGear & Tech, said that his iPhone 15 Pro Max stopped charging because the smartphone got heated up. He even shared the screenshot, displaying ‘Charging On Hold’.
