OnePlus Nord digital pop-up events have been announced ahead of its official sale that starts from August 4 in India. OnePlus is hosting a pop-up event where it is giving interested buyers a chance to own the Nord as soon as July 27, which is almost a week prior to the sale date.
So if you have been waiting to own the OnePlus Nord, you may want to participate in the digital pop-ups that the company is hosting. Before you go ahead, you may want to check out our first impressions of the OnePlus Nord here.
How to register for OnePlus Nord pop-up event?
OnePlus is hosting pop-ups for the Nord in four rounds and will provide invitation codes to buy the OnePlus Nord Pop-up box. The box includes the phone, one Creators Case and a gift.
The registration for pop-ups started on July 21 and the first 100 people who registered for the event are already confirmed to get the invitation code. However, OnePlus will also be selecting random users and here’s how to register for the event.

Create an avatar for yourself from the list of options.

Post your avatar to Instagram with the hashtag NordPopUp.

Submit the link to your post on Instagram to the Pop-ups page.

If done correctly, you will be registered for the event successfully.
The first and second round of pop-ups is scheduled exclusively for the Red Cable Club members on July 27 and 28. The third and fourth round of invitation codes will be sent out on July 28 and 29.
If you are selected, you will receive an email with a link to purchase the OnePlus Nord before anyone else.
How to pre-order OnePlus Nord?
So you don’t want to go through the hassle of making an avatar and posting it on social media? You can still pre-order the OnePlus Nord starting from July 28 till August 3 on Amazon India. Do remember though, you will have to pay the full amount of the phone upfront and it will only ship once the sale kicks off from August 4.
You can also pre-book the OnePlus Nord from OnePlus Stores and Reliance Digital Stores by paying Rs 1,000. The buyer will have to collect the Nord during the sale between August 4 and 5.
How to buy OnePlus Nord in Early Access Sale?
OnePlus is also hosting an Early Access sale for Red Cable Club members and pre-booking customers on August 3. The sale will be hosted on OnePlus India store from 12 PM IST and is exclusive to Red Cable Club members.
OnePlus Nord specifications
OnePlus Nord features a 6.44-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) resolution display that uses an AMOLED panel with a dual punch-hole cutout that gives it a 20:9 aspect ratio. The screen has a 90Hz high refresh rate and is topped with a layer of Gorilla Glass 5 for added protection.
The Nord is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 620 GPU. This is paired with upto 12GB RAM and upto 256GB storage option to choose from. It runs on Android 10 based OxygenOS 10.0.
It comes with a quad-camera setup on the back that consists of a primary 48MP camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with 119-degree field-of-view, a 5MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, there’s a 32MP primary selfie camera accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with 105-degree field-of-view.
The OnePlus Nord has an in-display fingerprint sensor and is equipped with a 4,115mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging out-of-the-box. OnePlus claims that the Warp Charge 30T adapter takes around 30 minutes to charge the phone from 0-70%.
