The new Asus Zenfone Max Plus M1 smartphone has been spotted online on the company’s Russian website. The smartphone’s main highlight is its 5.7-inch Full-HD screen with 18:9 display and a large 4130 mAh battery. This is the second device by Asus to sport a Univisium display after the Asus Pegasus 4S, which was launched exclusively in China. The Zenfone Max Plus M1 will be launched in Gold, Silver and Black colours, but its price and availability of not known yet.
The Asus Zenfone Max Plus M1 is powered by a MediaTek MT6750T chipset and runs on ZenUI 4.0 atop Android Nougat. As mentioned earlier, the smartphone sports a bezel-less design and features a 5.7-inch Full-HD display with a 2160x1080p resolution. The device comes in two variants, one with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage and another with 3GB RAM/ 32GB ROM configuration. The onboard storage can be further expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card slot.
The Zenfone Max Plus M1 sports a dual rear camera setup with a 16MP + 8MP sensors with a f/2.0 aperture lens. It comes with an 8MP front-facing camera with support for facial recognition feature for added security, similar to the OnePlus 5T, Apple iPhone X. The smartphone is powered by a 4130mAh battery and also features a rear placed fingerprint sensor. In terms of connectivity, it features Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with A-GPS, Wi-Fi, dual-SIM, and a micro-USB port.
