The Asus Zenfone 3 Max (ZC520TL) has received a price cut of Rs 1000 and is now available starting at Rs 9,999 against its listed price of Rs 10,999. The smartphone was initially launched in India last year at a price of Rs 12,999. Asus says that the new price will be applicable across all major e-commerce websites like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal and other retail stores including Asus exclusive stores pan India.
The Asus Zenfone 3 Max is powered by a 1.25GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6737T SoC with 3GB of RAM. It features 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded upto 32GB via a micro SD card. The smartphone features a 5.2-inch HD display with a 1280 x 720 resolution. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and can be upgraded to Android 7.0 Nougat.
In terms of optics, The Asus Zenfone 3 Max (ZC520TL) features a 13MP rear camera with a f/2.4 aperture and an LED flash, and comes with a 5MP front facing camera. The smartphone sports a rear mounted fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 4100 mAh battery, which doubles up as a power bank for charging other devices. In terms of connectivity, the smartphone features Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, and a Micro-USB port.
