HIGHLIGHTS

The outages have been reported in Apple's App Store, Mac App Store and Developer Site.

Apple’s iTunes Store is experiencing some problems right now. According to reports, the App Store and Mac App Store are both going through outages all around the world, including India. Apple’s app submissions service, iTunes Connect is also down. Currently, users can open the App Store on their iPhones, but downloading an app gives an error. The front pages for both the Mac App Store and iTunes Store are accessible, but not much else can be done.

Mac App Store

Initial reports said that the Indian App Store was still accessible, but we just confirmed that it isn’t. Hence, it is possible that Apple’s App Stores have gone down globally. We also checked the Mac App Store, which returned similar results.
Further, reports have confirmed that the stores are down in South Africa, Bulgaria, Poland, Brazil, Cyprus, Canada, Switzerland, Russia, Portugal, Ukraine, Romania, Egypt, Slovakia, Denmark, Mexico, Iceland, Israel, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan, UK and US as well.
