We are just a week away from the iPhone 16 launch, and the excitement is really building up at this moment. This is further fueled by the rumours and leaks that are doing rounds on social media. But leave that, rumours about the upcoming iPhone 17 series have also started doing rounds on social media. Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has now shared some expected details about the iPhone 17 series, particularly the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
The iPhone 17 Pro Max variant could feature 12GB of RAM. If this happens, it will make this the only model in the series to offer this, as per Ming-Chi Kuo. He further shared that the other models in the lineup, including the rumoured ultra-thin iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone SE4, will come equipped with 8GB of RAM. If this comes to life, it will mark a significant upgrade for Apple and can then offer better multitasking and overall performance.
As per Kuo, one of the most interesting features of the iPhone 17 Pro Max will be its advanced cooling system. According to him, the iPhone 17 Pro Max will use the vapour chamber (VC) technology along with a graphite sheet. This will enhance the heat dissipation of the device and will ensure that the device runs cooler during intensive tasks.
With this, the iPhone 17 Pro Max is expected to get an edge in performance during gaming and other high-intensity tasks.
In addition to that, Apple will also progress further in the AI space with the iPhone 17 Pro Max. The iPhone 17 Pro Max is expected to pack some exclusive AI features that will differentiate it from the rest of the line-up.
But I will suggest that let’s take this information with a pinch of salt as the iPhone 17 series will drop in 2025 and Apple has a lot of time at hand to make changes
