The Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max could make its debut in India at the same price as the iPhone 16 Pro Max’s launch price. If true, the iPhone 17 Pro Max can carry a price tag of Rs 1,44,900 for the base trim. The mid-range model with 512GB storage is said to be priced at Rs 1,64,900 and the 1TB model is expected to be priced at Rs 1,84,900.

The Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max can get a 6.9-inch Super Retina display with ProMotion. It may get an upgraded A19 Pro chipset with 12GB RAM support to support Apple Intelligence features. It will run on iOS 19 out of the box and feature new Apple Intelligence features including Smart Siri with cross-app functions, context awareness, and personalised responses. It may also get a VisionOS-inspired user interface.

As another add-on, the iPhone 17 Pro Max aka iPhone 17 Ultra may get a vapour cooling chamber which will help in maintaining the thermals.

In terms of camera, the device is expected to have a 48MP triple camera setup, a major upgrade over the iPhone 16 Pro Max. For selfies, it may get a bigger 24MP front facing camera.
