Swipe has launched a new Android 4.4.2 Kitkat based smartphone called Swipe Sense for Rs. 9,999.
The Swipe Sense features dual-SIM (GSM-GSM) with dual standby functionality. It has a 5.5-inch qHD IPS display with 540 x 960 pixels resolution. It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS out-of-the-box and has a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM. The Swipe Sense has 8GB of inbuilt storage expandable via microSD card up to 32GB. It has an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 3.2 MP front camera. Connectivity options included are Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE and 3G. The smartphone is available in Black color.
Swipe Sense is perhaps the first smartphone to come with the fingerprint reader feature in the sub-Rs. 10,000 category. Apart from the 2250mAh battery backing the device, it comes with an additional 2250 mAh battery in the box. Earlier, iberry launches Auxus Note 5.5 with built-in fingerprint scanner for Rs. 13,990.

Swipe launched the Konnect 4 and 4E dual-SIM entry-level smartphones earlier this year for Rs. 4,490 and Rs. 3,750 respectively. Both the smartphones have 3.2MP rear camera with LED flash and 0.3MP front camera. They have 4GB of built-in storage expandable via microSD card support up to 32GB. Connectivity options included are dual-SIM, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS.
