Our Take: While the OnePlus 8 series and the OnePlus Nord are already on sale and quite popular, the OnePlus 7T remains a formidable offering especially the discount being offered. At the top edge of mobile computing, there’s really not much of a difference in experience going from the Snapdragon 855+ to the Snapdragon 865, unless you’re counting 5G capability. The camera on the OnePlus 7T is actually a little more versatile than the one on the OnePlus 8 and the OnePlus Nord. You get an additional telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom in the 7T. The flat 90Hz display too, I’d argue, is better for usage than the curved AMOLED panel on the OnePlus 8.

Our Take: The Oppo Reno 10X Zoom both looks good and takes good photos. There’s a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor on the primary camera ensuring excellent details and dynamic range in photos. But the real attraction is the periscope telephoto lens at the back offering 5X optical zoom and up to 50X hybrid zoom. The camera relies on additional software tweaks to smoothen details and reduce noise at high zoom. The camera on the Reno 10x Zoom is both versatile and dependable.
