Alleged images of a Moto G5 Plus have surfaced online, following renders of the Moto X (2017), and are identical to the leaked renders of the Moto X. The images were posted by a Romanian re-seller, which posted images and specifications of the phone under model number XT1685.
According to the website, the rumoured Moto G5 Plus features a 5.5-inch 1080p display. Powering the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC, along with 4GB RAM and 32GB storage. There is also a 3080mAh battery, 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. The device is also listed to run on Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box.
The phone seems to be metal-built like the Moto M, with a slight bump housing the rear camera. Currently, the Moto G4 Plus has a plastic chassis in comparison to newer budget phones housing a metal body.
No further information is available as of now about the new Moto smartphone, although with increasing frequency of leaks, we may soon see a device launch of the same. There are no further details on pricing and availability of the smartphone, as of now.
