Acer’s first rumoured Jelly Bean handset – the V360 – leaks online
Photos and specifications of what may be Acer’s very first Android 4.1 Jelly Bean handset – the V360 – have leaked online. The Acer V360 still reportedly runs on Android 4.1, rather than the latest Android 4.2 version. It has a 4.5-inch display with a qHD resolution of 960×540 pixels.
The Acer V360 is reportedly powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor, whose exact model number is not known so far. Details on memory and storage are also not yet known.
The smartphone will sport a 5MP shooter on the rear side and VGA camera in the front face for video chatting. According to the leak, the V360 will weigh 140 grams and has dimensions of 132×68.5×9.9mm. It is targeted at the mid-range users thanks to its pricing of $300 unlocked.
The Acer V360 is expected to come in black and white colours. Availability is not yet known but rumours suggest a release date somewhere in the first quarter of next year for the Jelly Bean-based smartphone.
