5 new smartphones launching in April 2024: Check them out
The Samsung Galaxy M55 is expected to hit the markets around April 8, 2024.
The Realme GT 5 Pro is also said to launch this month.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra could also roll out in April.
April is already here and if you are looking to change your smartphone this month, then I have a list of upcoming smartphones that you should go through before finalising on which smartphone you wish to go for. Full disclosure, most of the companies have not confirmed the release dates yet, and in case of any discrepancy, my apologies in advance.
List of upcoming smartphones in April
1) Samsung Galaxy M55 5G
Firstly let’s talk about the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G. After the success of the two recently launched Samsung Galaxy A series smartphones, it is expected that Samsung might soon roll out the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G too. It is expected to hit the markets around April 8, 2024.
Briefly speaking of the specs, it can feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus display and can run on the Snapdragon Gen 1 chipset. It can feature a triple camera setup with 50MP+8MP+2MP lenses. It might even sport a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging.

2) Realme GT 5 Pro
It is also expected that the Realme GT 5 Pro could be out this month. This can pack a 6.7-inch OLED display with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It can have a triple camera setup with 50MP+8MP+2MP lenses. It might even hold a 5240mAh battery with 150W fast charging support.
3) Xiaomi 14 Ultra
Xiaomi’s flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, is also expected to be released this month. It can feature a 6.73-inch AMOLED display along with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. You get 50MP + 50MP + 50MP + 50MP on the rear and a 32MP selfie shooter in the front. It can pack a 5300 mAh battery with 90W hypercharging support.

4) Infinix Hot 40 Pro
With a 6.78-inch RAM, the Infinix Hot 40 Pro might run on the Mediatek Helio G99. It could also feature a triple camera setup: 108MP+ 2MP + 0.08MP. There can also be a 32MP camera in the front. It could pack a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
5) Redmi K70e
Again, the Redmi K70e can feature a 6.67-inch display. It might run on Mediatek Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset. We might get to see a triple camera setup on the rear: 64MP + 8MP + 2MP. It can also pack a 16MP selfie shooter. For batteries, expect a 5,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support.
