5-inch iPhone scheduled for 2014 launch?
Information circulating the Internet suggests that the rumoured 5-inch iPhone could launch in 2014. The delay is because Apple is facing production issues with the 5-inch panel.
Rumours of what the next iPhone will be like circulate the Internet all year round. Some reports on the Internet suggested that Apple’s next iPhone, which will launch later this year, would sport a 5-inch display. This 5-inch iPhone however may be pushed to 2014, as Apple seems to be facing some problem with the production of the display panel.
Other rumours on the Internet suggest that Apple could be working on a low-cost iPhone that sports a 4.8-inch display. This 4.8-inch iPhone may be unveiled at WWDC 2013 in June. Some rumours suggest that one iPhone could be the iPhone 5S whereas the other could be the low cost iPhone.

Digitimes has reported that Apple will launch two iPhones in 2013. They are likely to be 4-inches in size (just like the current iPhone 5), and feature in-cell technology. In-cell technology will help make the display thinner and in turn affect the overall form factor of the device. This could mean that the next iPhone could much be thinner.
