5 camera-centric phones launched during Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale
The Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie series along with the Panasonic Eluga Ray 500, and Ray 700 will be available for the first time during Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale
Over the course of last week, we saw two manufacturers launch a total of five new camera centric devices and all of these devices will be available on for the first time during Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale. Panasonic launched the Eluga Ray 500 and Ray 700, which focuses on the rear camera, while the three Asus phones are all about the selfie camera.
Asus ZenFone Selfie 4 Pro
The Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro is the most expensive of the three selfie-centric phones launched by the company. It features a dual-front camera setup and consisting of 12MP and 5MP cameras. The 12MP camera sports a Sony IMX362 sensor with a f/1.8 aperture lens, and Dual Pixel technology. It is also capable of taking 24MP selfies. The secondary 5MP sensor sports a 120 degree wide-angle lens. There is also a dedicated softlight LED flash.
Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie
Like the ‘Pro’ variant, the Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie also comes with a dual-front camera setup. However, it doesn’t offer Dual Pixel technology. You do get a combination of 20MP and 8MP cameras. The 20MP camera is capable of 69 degree wide angle selfies, while the 8MP sensor sports a 120 degree lens. Like the ‘Pro’ variant, it also offers a softlight LED flash. Further, the device will be available at Rs 13,999 during the Big Billion Days sale
Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie
While the name of the phone may be the same as the previous device on the list, these two are quite different. To start with, this version does not come with a dual-front camera setup. So you get a single 13MP camera. However, you do get a 140 degree selfie panorama features and a softlight LED flash.
Panasonic Eluga ray 500
The Panasonic Eluga Ray 500 sports dual-rear camera setup with 13MP and 8MP sensors at the back, while at the front is a 5MP. It offers a 5-inch HD IPS display and is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor with 3GB of RAM. Other features include 32GB of onboard storage and a 4000mAh battery.
Panasonic Eluga Ray 700
The Panasonic Eluga Ray 700 sports a larger 5.5-inch Full HD display and is powered by a octa-core MediaTek MT6757 SoC with 3GB of RAM. At the back of the phone is a 13MP camera with a Sony IMX258 sensor, PDAF support and dual LED flash. It also sports a 5000mAh battery and a 5MP front camera.
