The 16GB OnePlus One is available in India now. OnePlus has listed the device on Amazon India now, at a price of Rs. 18,999. OnePlus and Amazon had earlier posted a teaser on Amazon’s Twitter page, announcing the 16GB ‘Silk White’ version of the OnePlus One for India.
Interestingly, the 16GB variant doesn’t show up on a site search on Amazon.in. Instead, searching on Google for 'OnePlus One 16GB India' brings up the listing. According to a GSMArena report, a backdoor method, using an invite for the 64GB variant, was used to find the 16GB pricing for the device.
The pricing, though unconfirmed right now, is probably accurate, since the 64GB variant comes at Rs. 21,999. Moreover, at this price, OnePlus would have the edge over the Xiaomi Mi4, which is its chief competitor and comes at a price of Rs. 19,999 for the 16GB variant.

The OnePlus One has been somewhat of a thorn in Xiaomi’s path. This is because the device has similar specifications, but offers more value with both the 64GB and now 16GB variants being priced below the Xiaomi Mi4.
Update: OnePlus has officially announced the device on the OnePlus Forums. The 16GB Silk White version of the OnePlus One will start selling through invites only on Amazon.in from February 24 at Rs. 18,999.
