The 10.or D (first impressions) that was announced under the “Crafted for Amazon” program will go on sale from 12PM on Jan 5. The phone is priced affordably, starting at Rs 4,999 and will be available exclusively on Amazon India. It will come in two variants — One with 2GB RAM and 16GB of storage priced at Rs 4,999 and a 3GB RAM and 32GB storage for Rs 5,999.
The price will undercut the Xiaomi Redmi 5A which is one of the best entry-level phone available today. The 10.or D has been manufactured by Shanghai-based Longcheer. The company claims it did 962 tests across performance, mechanical and environmental parameters to ensure the smartphone is long-lasting.
The phone is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 clocked at 1.4GHz coupled with either 2GB or 3GB of RAM and 16GB or 32GB of storage. The storage is also expandable upto 128GB via a microSD card. There is a 3,500mAh battery powering the device which Amazon claims can deliver up to two days of battery life including 70 hours of music, 10 hours of web browsing and up to 25 hours of talk time. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
At the back is a 13-megapixel sensor with autofocus and LED flash. On the front is a 5-megapixel selfie camera.
The 10.or D launching today will come with additional one year of warranty apart from the standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for Prime members. Customers on Reliance Jio can also avail a cashback of Rs 1,500.
