Bard results are now more visual.

If you are a Google Bard user in India, now you have new reasons to get excited about. And if you are not, then these new Bard features may lure you in. We mention India specially because two of its new features are going to be useful in improving the user experience as well as come in handy to understand Bard’s responses.

Google Bard July 13 update: 2 new features for India

1. Bard is available in new places and languages. Hindi is one of these new languages and you don’t even have to use Hindi (Devanagari) script and it will still understand and respond accordingly. If you are more comfortable with Hindi than English, then this update could help you learn, understand and communicate better.

2. Google Lens is available in Bard that shows images with responses. So, the results appear more visual and should be easier to understand. Bard can read responses out loud too, which again makes the interaction interesting as if you are talking to someone. This could be useful if you are a tourist at a place in India.

So, Google Bard becomes Bharat-friendly, both visually and verbally. Well, ChatGPT also understands and can respond in Hindi, it can’t provide visual results. GPT 4 model brings image support but not GPT 3.5 which powers ChatGPT. Since Google Bard is completely free, these new updates give it an upper hand over ChatGPT.
