Sony VAIO M netbook promises to appease the budget conscious
Sony’s VAIO M is the official successor to VAIO W – its sibling which made its debut earlier this month. Sony VAIO M has replaced the dummy chiclet keys of VAIO W with a conventional keyboard styling and design. On features and specification, the Sony VAIO M bears a close resemblance to the Sony VAIO W, the only exception being a larger hard drive. The Sony VAIO M is shipping with a 250GB hard drive as against 160 GB shipped with the Sony VAIO W.

This time around, Sony has also made a commendable effort in reaching out to the masses with a more budget-friendly price tag of 300 pounds (slightly more than Rs 20,000 or $456) in the UK. We can expect it to retail in India for around Rs 25,000; the official price for the Indian market is still unknown.
