Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Ultra will be launching at Galaxy Unpacked event on February 1, 2023. Ahead of the event, we have come across a massive leak from Twitter user SnoopyTech revealing the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra specs.

Samsung could power the device with up to i9-13900H CPU, 8GB GDDR6 Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 GPU, 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 1TB of NVMe PCIe Gen4 SSD storage, and 76 WHr battery with 136W charger. Galaxy Book 2 Ultra could sport a 16-inch 3K (2880x1800p) AMOLED display. All of these and the laptop supposedly weigh 1.8 kg.
The leak claims there could be a base variant with Core i7-13700H, WQXGA+ resolution AMOLED display, 6GB RTX 4050 mobile GPU, 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 512GB/1TB SSD storage. This variant could weigh 1.17 kg.
The underlying software could be Windows 11 Home only. Per the leak, the laptop will be arriving in Graphite colour although we aren’t sure if it will be limited to this specific model.
If leaks are to be believed, there could be a 14-inch and a 16-inch Galaxy Book 3 Pro. The display upfront could be a 3K AMOLED panel.
Under the hood, there could be either Intel 13th gen Core i5-1340P or Core i7-1360P coupled with Iris Xe graphics, 16 GB of DDR5 RAM, and up to 1TB of NVMe SSD PCI-E Gen4 SSD storage.
The 14-inch model could be carrying a 63WHr battery and weigh 1.2 kg. Meanwhile, the 16-inch Galaxy Book 3 Pro could be running on a 76WHr battery and weigh 1.6 kg. Both models could be equipped with a 65W charger.
We are expecting a Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 edition too and it could support an S-Pen. It could weigh 1.6 kg.
The fourth and fifth models from the Galaxy Book 3 series could be Galaxy Book 3 and Galaxy Book 3 360 with a 15-inch display each.
