Samsung has launched a bunch of devices at its Galaxy Unpacked event. Samsung unveiled the flagship Samsung Galaxy S23 series along with other devices like Samsung Galaxy Book 3 series. The Samsung Galaxy Book 3 series contains five laptops and the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Ultra is essentially the top-of-the-line. This high-end laptop comes with relatively top-rung specs. The base variant of the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Ultra weighs in at only 1.79kg. The laptop comes in a Graphite colour only. It comes with a full-sized backlit keyboard with a 3-row numeric pad. The Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Ultra comes with an AKG-tuned quad-speaker setup featuring Dolby Atmos. Additionally, it has 2 Thunderbolt 4/USB-C ports, 1 USB-A, a 3.5mm headphone jack, an HDMI 2.0 port, a microSD card reader and a fingerprint reader.
The Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Ultra comes with a 16-inch 3K Anti Glare AMOLED display with 400 nits of typical brightness, and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The performance configuration of the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Ultra makes it a decent gaming laptop. There are two variants with entirely different performance specifications.
The 13-inch model is powered by the 13th gen Intel Core i7-13700H CPU. Whereas, the high-end variant is equipped with an Intel Core i9-13900H processor CPU.
The base model comes with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 mobile GPU with 6GB of VRAM. On the other hand, the top variant has the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 mobile GPU with 8GB of VRAM.
Talking about storage, the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra comes with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB/1TB of SSD (PCIe) storage and there is an expansion slot too.
Internally there is a 76WHr battery backed by a 100W USB-C adapter.
Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Ultra starts from RRP £2,449 (~₹248176.93) in the global markets. It goes on sale from Feb 22.
