HP has announced the Spectre in India. This is a revision of last year's Spectre 13, but this time it is much slimmer. At 10.4mm, it is the thinnest laptop available right now. The HP Spectre will be available in two variants and the prices start at Rs. 1.2 lakh. It will be available across all HP stores and channel partners in July.
This 13-inch ultrabook is powered by the latest generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors, which is coupled with 8GB of RAM. The storage options also differ according to the processor you chose. The Intel Core i5 variant features a 256GB PCIe based SSD storage, while the i7 variant features a 512GB PCIe based storage. As for the display, both variants offer a 13.3-inch 1080p display that does not support touch. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass.
To make it durable, The HP Spectre is made using carbon fibre and aluminum. The island style keyboard is backlit and the laptop uses a glass TouchPad with HP’s ImagePad technology. The HP Spectre has 2 USB 3.1 ports, which support Intel's Thunderbolt 3 standard. The laptop also featires a 4 cell battery and it weighs 1.11 kilograms only.
