CES which is also considered amongst the top tech events of the world is currently underway from 9th to 12th January in Las Vegas USA. Some crazy gadgets have been unveiled during the event. This includes gaming laptops as well. Today I am going to share with you details about three gaming laptops that were introduced during this year’s CES event.
First up on the list is the Alienware M16 R2. This laptop has been upgraded with a new look. Speaking of the design, it now provides 43% more efficient airflow and thermal solution, as told by Dell. It also said, “The m16 R2 won’t break a sweat when playing the latest games.” The laptop packs a 16-inch display and runs on the Intel Core Ultra H Series processors paired with up to Nvidia RTX 4070 GPU.
This gaming laptop will launch on January 11, 2024, and will come at a starting price of $1,649.99.
The M18 R2 on the other hand runs on the 14th Gen Intel Core i9-14900HX processor along with up to Nvidia RTX 4090 GPU. This will launch on January 11, 2024, and could come at a starting price of $1,899.99.
The HP Omen Transcend 14 was also unveiled during CES 2024. It is a versatile choice for those looking to do both gaming and creative tasks. The laptop packs a 14-inch OLED display, a slim body, and high-grade internals.
Speaking of some of its distinguishing features, this laptop has an immersive IMAX Enhanced Certified 2.8K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Along with that, it also introduces a lattice-less sky-printed RGB keyboard.
The HP Omen Transcend 14 weighs 1,637g and offers up to 11.5 hours of battery life and a type-C PD 140W adapter for charging.
Further, the gaming laptop runs on the Intel Ultra 9 185H processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU.
Lastly, the Acer Predator Helios Neo lineup was also unveiled during CES 2024. The gaming laptop runs on Intel Core 14th gen processors and Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 Series GPUs. The laptop comes in two display sizes now; 16-inch and 18-inch. The display offers a refresh rate of up to 250 Hz with a peak brightness of 1,000 nits.
The laptops pack up to 32GB of RAM and up to 2TB of internal storage. Further, they also include the Mini LED IPS panels with 240 Hz refresh rates and a 3 ms response time.
The Acer Predator Helios Neo 18 also packs the Intel Killer DoubleShot Pro for lag-free connections. It also has a full range of ports including two USB Type-C with Thunderbolt 4 ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, and MicroSD card readers.
