Asus ROG Zephyrus M16 2022 launched in India with 12th gen Intel i9 CPU and Nvidia RTX 3080Ti GPU
Asus India has released the ROG Zephyrus M16 2022 edition.
Asus is giving a 16-inch QHD panel with 165Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 on the Zephyrus M16 2022 model.
Besides the latest Intel and Nvidia chips, the ROG-branded laptop also comes with a Mux Switch.
Asus has refreshed the ROG Zephyrus M16 to meet the hardware requirements for 2022. This includes the 12th gen Core i9 chipset from Intel and 16GB GDDR6 RTX 3080Ti from Nvidia. The laptop can be picked in memory SKUs of up to 32GB DDR5 RAM. This time around there is support for the Mux switch as well for better gaming performance. The WiFi speeds too may fare better thanks to the updated WiFi 6E.

Asus will start selling the ROG Zephyrus M16 at ₹1,79,990 from April 8 itself through online stores like Amazon, Flipkart, Asus E-shop, and Tatacliq as well as Asus Exclusive offline shops, Croma, Reliance, and VijaySales.

The new Asus Zephyrus M16 has a higher-resolution QHD panel but the rest of it is a 16-inch size, 16:10 aspect ratio, and 165Hz refresh rate like the last year’s model. This is also 100-per cent DCI-P3 certified as well as Pantone validated for colour reproduction and also offers 3ms GtG response times, Dolby Vision, and 500 nits of brightness.
Up top, there is an integrated IR camera with Windows Hello support.
At the bottom of the screen is a backlit keyboard with N-key rollover, 1.7mm key travel, lower actuation keystroke, and a glass touchpad adjacent to it.
For audio, Asus M16 2022 comes with a 6 speaker setup, just like the predecessor.
Anyways, unlocking the M16, you would be interacting with Windows 11 running on top of Intel i9-12900H processor, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080Ti graphics (16GB GDDR6, 100 +20W TGP Dynamic Boost), 32GB of DDR5 memory. It is further upgradeable up to 48 gigs. The given storage, meanwhile, goes up to 2TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD. There are two slots by the way with RAID 0 support.
Asus has carried over the 90WHr battery with 240W adapter and 100W PD charging support.
Finally, for connectivity, you get 1 x Thunderbolt 4 (also supporting USB 4.0, Display Port 1.4, and Power Delivery 3.0), 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (also with DisplayPort 1.4 and Power Delivery), 2 x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A, 1 x MicroSD (312MB/s), 1 x HDMI 2.0b, 1 x RJ45, 1 x 3.5mm combo Audio Jack, and 1 x Kensington Lock.
