Acer Nitro 5 launches as India’s first gaming laptop with AMD Ryzen 7000 series processor. It also comes with Nvidia RTX 3050 GPU, and a 4-zone RGB keyboard, among other things. Let’s check out the full Nitro 5 features.
1. Acer has outfitted the Nitro 5 2023 with a 15.6-inch display that sports QHD resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, 3ms response time, and AMD FreeSync support. The visuals from Acer Nitro 5 are complemented by a 2W dual speaker setup that supports 3D spatial sound from DTS:X Ultra.
2. Beneath the display lies a 4-zone RGB keyboard. There is a dedicated Nitrosense hotkey here that lets you quickly access the NitroSense software for checking out CPU and GPU temps and tweak various performance and system settings like fan speed and power plan.
3. Acer Nitro 5 is engined by a 6-core Ryzen 5 7535HS or 8-core Ryzen 7 7735HS processor. This is paired with 4GB GDDR6 Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 GPU, 512GB SSD storage, and 2×16 GB of DDR5 RAM. You also get MUX (Multiplexer) switch to easily enable/disable iGPU.
4. There is a 4-cell 57.5 WHr battery that claims up to 8 hours of battery life.
5. The host of connectivity options on this laptop includes WiFi 6E, Killer Ethernet E2600, HDMI 2.1, USB 3.2 Gen1 and USB 3.2 Gen2 ports.
