Acer is known for some top-of-the-line gaming laptops. And now, the company has released another game-centric laptop called the Acer Nitro V 16 under its popular Acer Nitro series. It succeeds the previous Acer Nitro V. The laptop is said to offer better gaming performance as it packs a powerful Ryzen CPU that is customised for gaming. Let’s take a look at these 3 features of this newly launched device.
Let’s talk about the display of this laptop first. The laptop carries a 16-inch display that offers a refresh rate of 165Hz. Further, the display incorporates WUXGA and WQXGA options and has a response time of 3ms.

Coming to its performance, the Acer Nitro V 16 is powered by the AMD Ryzen 8040 series processors (up to a Ryzen 7 8845HS CPU). This powerful process is combined with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 GPU. This offers the DLSS 3.5 technology for an improved gaming experience.
The laptop comes with up to 32GB of DDR5 5600MHz RAM and internal storage of up to 2TB, the device gets a PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage under the hood. To resolve the heating issue, the laptop includes the dual fan cooling feature. The Acer Nitro V 16 functions on Windows 11 and additionally comes with one month of free XBox pass validity.

The laptop also packs other features such as Wi-Fi 6E, Acer Purified View, DTS X: Ultra and Acer Purified Voice 2.0, USB 3.0 ports, USB 4.0 Type C, and 1x HDMI compatibility.
Lastly, coming to its price point. The laptop has been released in North America and can be purchased starting March 2024. The laptop’s prices currently start at $999 which is approximately ₹83,292. Acer is yet to announce the Indian release date for this laptop.
