Acer India has launched the Aspire 3 powered by 12th gen Intel Core i3-N305 processor. It’s a lightweight everyday laptop with a 1080p display. Let’s check out its complete specs and features here.
1. You can pick the device in two display sizes in India, viz. 14-inch and 15-inch. Both of them are 16:9 FHD panels featuring BlueLightShield (blue light filter) protection for your eyes.
2. Above the screen, there is a 720P webcam with a noise-reduction feature. Speaking of noise, you also get AI noise reduction with the laptop’s dual mic setup. There are two speakers also onboard.
3. The laptop boots Windows 11 Home edition. This is present on top of the Intel Core i3-N305 processor (12th gen or Alder Lake). It’s an octa-core silicon based on the Intel 7 process (10nm) with a max clock speed of 3.80 GHz, 15W TDP, and 6 MB Intel Smart Cache. Acer notes the machine’s 17% improved thermal capacity courtesy of a 78% larger fan. This is coupled with Intel UHD Graphics. You get to choose 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and between 256GB or 512GB of SSD storage. The internals also comprises a 40WHr battery claiming to last for 11 hours.
4. Acer has outfitted the Aspire 3 with a raft of connectivity options including WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, USB-C port, USB-A (v.3.2 Gen1), audio jack, Kensington lock, and HDMI 2.1 socket.
5. The base variant of Aspire 3 weighs as low as 1.5 kg and is just 18.9mm thick. It has got a metallic finish.
