If you want an Apple watch for free just by walking, you can get it by walking 15,000 steps daily. This comes after HDFC and Zopper have joined hands to initiate India Gets Moving programme with an aim to make people more healthier and active. If you want to be a part of the programme, here’s how you can do this.
Participants must buy an Apple Watch and enroll in the Zopper Wellness Programme, which is free, in order to benefit from this promotion. Users will join HDFC Ergo’s insurance program upon enrollment, with Solvy Tech Solutions serving as the master policyholder. Users must also finish the setup and link their Apple Health Kit data with the HDFC Ergo app in order to be eligible for a refund.
The plan has divided the scheme into five portions, with individuals who have completed 15,000 steps or more receiving 4 points (per day), those who have completed steps between 12,001 and 15,000 receiving 3 points, and those who have completed Rs 10,001 to 12,000 receiving 2 points. People who walk between 8,001 and 10,000 steps will receive 1 point, while those who walk less than 8,000 steps would receive zero points.
Based on points, those who have fulfilled 110 points per month for a year will be eligible for a full refund. If they have points between 91 and 100, they are entitled for an 80% refund, and if they have points between 71 and 90, they will receive a 60% refund. If they have 51-70 points, they can receive a 30% refund. It is important to note that in order to receive a complete refund, customers must earn at least 110 points each month.
The offer is valid for several models including the Apple Watch Series 10 and Apple Watch Ultra.
