Honor recently launched the Honor 8X in India, which starts from Rs 14,999. The smartphone is equipped with Kirin 710 chipset and sports a large display. On the other hand, earlier this year, the Xiaomi has launched its Mi A2 Android One smartphone which should ensure that it receives timely OS updates. The phone comes with a price tag of Rs 16,999 exactly the same as the Honor 8X's starting price. The Xiaomi Mi A2 comes with a 5.9-inch display and offers a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels, while the Honor 8X has a bigger 6.5-inch display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. The Honor 8X has the edge in terms of size and resolution. As such, the device might be ideal for those who spend a lot of their time watching videos or movies on their smartphone.
Coming to the performance, the Xiaomi Mi A2 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor. On the other hand, the Honor 8X equipped with HiSilicon Kirin 659 octa-core processor. The choice is yours as it depends on which chipset you prefer more.
