The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 DT-P6800, also known as the Galaxy Tab 680, has been launched in India, with the device listed on Flipkart at Rs. 33,571. The device runs on Android 3.2 Honeycomb, but will get an Android 4.0 ICS upgrade soon.
Specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 include a 7.7-inch SuperAMOLED Plus display with a 1280×800 pixels resolution, a dual-core 1.4GHz Exynos processor, Mali 400 GPU, 1GB of RAM, as well as 3G (HSDPA, 21 Mbps; HSUPA, 5.76 Mbps), Wi-Fi (dual-band, 802.11 a/b/g/n, hotspot, direct) and GPS connectivity.

In the meanwhile, Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), which will ship with Ice Cream Sandwich onboard. The device, mostly the same as the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, will launch in March.
Specifications of the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) include a 7-inch PLS LCD display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, a dual-core 1GHz processor with 1GB of RAM, 16GB / 32GB built-in storage options expandable via microSD, a 3MP fixed focus rear camera, a VGA front camera, QuickOffice editor, a 4,000 mAh battery, as well as Bluetooth, HSPA , GPS, USB2.0, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
