As anticipated, the tech giant will likely announce its next-generation foldable devices, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. Additionally, rumours are swirling that Samsung will finally launch the much-awaited Galaxy Ring, as well as the Galaxy Watch 7.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 might feature a titanium frame and a thinner design. It is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. While there are no reports suggesting a camera upgrade, we can look forward to advancements in AI, with new AI-powered photo editing features enhancing the user experience.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 is expected to come with several significant changes this year. Firstly, it will likely be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. Additionally, it could feature a larger battery than its predecessor’s 3700mAh capacity. The camera is rumoured to be upgraded from a 12MP primary sensor to a 50MP main camera. Lastly, Samsung might offer a larger cover display compared to the Galaxy Z Flip 5’s cover screen.
Samsung has displayed the Galaxy Ring at various trade shows. It has been revealed that the Galaxy Ring will come in nine sizes and three colours, with a weight of just 3 grams. Rumoured features include health monitoring capabilities such as an ECG sensor, sleep tracking tools, and blood flow measurement. Additionally, users can expect smart features for controlling other Samsung devices.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra is anticipated to feature a unique squircle design with a 1.5-inch round display. It might be available in Titanium Gray, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Beige colour options. It is rumoured to be powered by the new Exynos W1000 SoC, paired with 32GB of storage, and might support faster 15-watt wireless charging. Additional speculated features include a 2,000-nit brightness for the display, sapphire crystal screens, and bodies made of titanium and aluminium. The watch is expected to offer IP68 water and dust resistance, along with a MIL-STD-810H durability rating.
