The second AI agent is said to work on web-based tasks.
AI has taken over the internet all across the globe. We are seeing AI doing this and that every now and then. But, it’s time when we see AI doing even greater and more complex things such as data transfer, booking tickets, and more. Open AI is said to be working on two AI agents that will take the AI assistant to the next level. Previously, ChatGPT rumours had surfaced on the internet that OpenAI is making it a smart personal assistant. Well, I would like to say that this milestone is very close now.
In a recent report from The Information, it’s revealed that OpenAI is working on two AI agents designed to handle more intricate tasks within ChatGPT, all without the need for APIs. For those who don’t know, an API, or Application Programming Interface, facilitates communication between various software applications. Now what exactly these AI agents will do? Let me tell you.

How will these OpenAI agents help?
As I mentioned above, there are reportedly two AI agents that are in the works. One of them will help users with tasks such as transferring data from documents to the spreadsheet for analysis. Written, it might not look that complicated but it takes a lot of mental work and sometimes it’s confusing as well.
Furthermore, the second AI agent sounds really cool, at least what I have heard about it. OpenAI said that this AI agent will work on web-based tasks. For example, if you want to book a flight ticket, you can just ask and provide the details to the chatbot, and it will be done. Now, this is something that could save a lot of time. But, with that, I feel there would be some drawbacks as well. What drawbacks? We’ll know once OpenAI rolls out these features.

So, these are two AI agents that OpenAI is reportedly working on. The company has not made this announcement official yet and the launch dates of these apps are also yet to be announced. Although, OpenAI made big announcements last year during its DevDay developer conference in November. I am expecting that this would be the occasion when the tech giant will announce something about these two AI agents.
