One UI 7 release date: Samsung introduced the Android 15-based One UI 7 with the Samsung Galaxy S25 series at the launch event. The new update has brought some massive upgrades over the Android 14-based One UI 6, including new features, design tweaks, and more.

However, the One UI 7 is currently available with the Galaxy S25 series and is yet to roll out to other Galaxy devices. Here’s everything we know so far about the One UI 7 features, supported devices, and availability.

One UI 7 features

The company has introduced Now Brief, a tailored AI-powered feature that will inform users about weather reports, health vitals, important insights, and more on a daily basis. Soon after you open the Galaxy device, the Now Bar will display an indication of the Now Brief.

The Android 15-based One UI 7 includes an improved Circle to Search feature that lets users act on phone numbers, emails, and URLs. Furthermore, AI-powered actionable searches offer contextual suggestions for seamless multitasking.

The Call Transcript, Writing Assist, and Drawing Assist can also be used to summarize, organize, and combine text and images. The company has also added an Audio Eraser to help users improve the audio clarity of their videos. The company has also added the Personal Data Engine, which provides secure, personalized experiences through on-device data processing.

One UI 7 release timeline

According to reports, the One UI 7 beta update is now available to select Galaxy S24 series users in a few countries, including India. The report adds that the stable One UI 7 update for the Galaxy S24 series will be available on February 7. The One UI 7 update for the Galaxy S23 series is expected to arrive in mid-February. The rest of the eligible devices will receive the update gradually over the coming months. Samsung has not confirmed an official release timeline for One UI 7.

One UI 7 supported devices

The Android 15-based One UI 7 supported devices include:

Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy S22 series, and Galaxy S21 series (including FE devices), Galaxy Z Fold 6, Flip 6, Fold 5, Flip 5, Fold 4, Flip 4, Fold 3, Flip 3.

In terms of A series, the Galaxy A73, A55, A54, A53, A35, A34, A33, A25, A24, A23, A15, A14, A05 and A05s will get the update.

The Galaxy M55, M54, M53, M35, M34, M33, and M15 will also get the One UI 7 update.

Speaking of the F series, the Galaxy F55, F54, F34, and F15 will also get the One UI 7 update.
