South Korean tech giant Samsung has just unveiled a new set of refrigerators and they are not your normal refrigerators. They come fully tech loaded, and even AI loaded. These are AI-powered inverter compressors. The Samsung AI-powered refrigerators are claimed to be more convenient and energy efficient. Three distinct models have been unveiled: the 809L 4-Door Flex French Door Bespoke Family Hub Refrigerator in Clean Charcoal + Stainless Steel, and the 650L 4-Door Convertible French Door models in Clean White with a glass finish and Black Caviar with a steel finish.
All of these refrigerators come with an AI Inverter Compressor, which is the USP of these products. They also promise noise levels under 35 dB/A during typical operation. These fridges not only optimise cooling performance but also minimise energy consumption by adaptively adjusting the motor speed based on various factors, including ambient temperature, operational mode, and frequency of door openings.
809L Family Hub AI Refrigerator: This one has an 80 cm Family Hub Screen and also has “AI Vision Inside”. Users can easily manage their food inside the fridge easily. It also has internal cameras that can recognise approximately 33 different food items. AI will also tell you what recipes you can cook using the ingredients that you have in your fridge.
650L Convertible French Door AI Refrigerator: It has WiFi connectivity and you can remotely monitor as well as adjust the settings of the fridge.
