Wondering what to watch on your oh-so-restricted Netflix India account? Well, if you wait a month, Daredevil’s season 2 is coming, and Netflix has the official trailer for the next season today. As we already knew, season 2 has Frank Castle, a.k.a. The Punisher, as Matt Murdock’s main rival. From what we see in the trailer, Castle seems to be everything that Daredevil wants to keep himself from becoming. It’s like a Joker and Batman relationship, one that may be quite interesting.
Those familiar with Marvel’s Punisher character would know that Frank Castle is pretty much like Deadpool, but not as funny and explicit. The only difference between Daredevil and Punisher is that the latter kills bad guys, while Daredevil’s idea of justice is more in sync with the legal systems. Nevertheless, the trailer seems to live up to all that we’ve been expecting from Daredevil following the first season and the second season will air on Netflix on March 18, 2016. There’ll be 13 episodes in the season.
