AI is cooking up a storm in the world of technology and it is not going to end up soon. Every other day we hear about revolutionary technology. Now, Microsoft is up to something. We hear that the tech giant is planning to change how we write using AI. Often we are confused about what prompts to give and where to begin. The company introduced new features on Wednesday that enhance the functionality of the Microsoft Copilot chatbot.

The new features make life easier for users and help them deal with the challenges they have to face while giving prompts and getting the desired results. Let’s now take a look at what new AI features Microsoft has introduced.

Upcoming AI features on Microsoft Copilot

Microsoft Copilot

The first feature that I am going to talk about is auto-complete. With the help of this feature, users will get AI-generated suggestions to complete their prompts. For eg: If you type “shorten” it could give you prompts like “this paragraph” etc. It makes it easier for you.

In addition to this, there’s also going to be a rewrite feature. This is something that we have previously seen on ChatGPT. If you are not satisfied with the prompt, you can ask Copilot to rewrite it until you get the best option.

Microsoft will also soon launch a catch-up feature. With the help of this feature, users will get personalised insights based on recent activity. The Microsoft Copilot will also recommend actions such as reviewing meeting notes, etc.

A Copilot Lab will also be introduced soon. This feature will be aimed at organisations and will provide them with specific prompts for their specific work needs.

These new AI features will be available to paid Microsoft 365 users in the coming months.
