Micromax launches yet another budget tablet in the Indian market.
Micromax’s new Android tablet – Funbook P280 – is now available via online marketplace Snapdeal for Rs. 4,650.
The Funbook P280 runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. There’s a confusion about the processor in the tablet as the Snapdeal listing says it’s powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor along with 512MB of RAM, while the listing on Micromax website says it’s a 1GHz single-core ARM Cortex A8 processor.
The tablet has a 7-inch capacitive display with 800 x 480 resolution.The Micromax Funbook P280 has 0.3MP front camera, 4GB of built-in storage, expandable up to 32GB via microSD.
In terms of connectivity, the tablet supports Wi-Fi, USB, Bluetooth and 3G via USB. The tablet is powered by a 2400 mAh battery, rated to deliver 250 hours of standby time. It comes preloaded with various apps including Spuul, Opera Mini, kingsoft Office, M!Live.
Micromax has so far launched a few tablets in the market – Funbook P255, Funbook 3G P560 and P360, Funbook P600, Canvas tab P650 and more.
