Microsoft Habu

Our Verdict
The Habu is Microsoft’s vision of a gaming mouse. It blends two distinct features from two different companies: the ergonomic design is taken from the older IntelliMouse, and is mated with razor-sharp precision from Razer Inc. Going by Razer’s tradition of naming its mice after species of snakes, the Habu is named after a species in Japan.
The other contenders for the title of “Best Gaming Mouse” were the Logitech G5 and the Razer Copperhead.
Microsoft ensured that the best of both worlds made it to their new gaming mouse. We found the Habu the most comfortable of all three, and the tracking was spot-on thanks to the Razer laser engine.
Runner-Up: Logitech G5
