Mercury planning to launch more than seven Android tablets this quarter

Mercury to launch more than seven new tablets targeting business users as well as students.

Kobian is planning to launch more than seven new tablets in this quarter under its brand ‘Mercury‘. According to the company the tablets will be priced competitively and will target students as well as business executives.

Sushmita Das, VP – Business at Kobian Pte Ltd said “We had launched more than 8 models in 2012-13 which saw great success in sales growth among all product lines. Our major focus is to design the tablets that meet the needs of the user at affordable prices without compromising on the quality. 2013 will see more models with higher versions, dual and quad core processors and high definition display.”

Kobian states that the new Mercury tablets will have a compact and sleek design with advanced technologies to enhance the users working experience. The new models by Kobian will be launched by the end of April-May-June quarter, and will support high definition display and dual as well as quad-core processors. Kobian is also planning to launch tablet leather cases in their accessory section.
