Last night, Google hosted its highly anticipated Made by Google event, where the tech giant unveiled a range of new products.

Google launched the Pixel 9 series which includes 3 smartphones: Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and Pixel 9 Pro XL.

The company also launched the Pixel 9 Pro Fold.

Last night, Google hosted its highly anticipated Made by Google event, where the tech giant unveiled a range of new products. From new smartphones to buds, the event was packed with exciting announcements that have tech enthusiasts buzzing.

Here’s a closer look at everything that was launched at the event.

Google Pixel 9

The Google Pixel 9 sports a 6.9-inch OLED display with 2700 nits of peak brightness and up to 120Hz refresh rate. This handset is powered by the Tensor G4 processor, and packs a 4700mAh battery with 45W charging support. For photography, the Pixel 9 houses a 50MP primary camera and has a 10.5MP selfie shooter.

The Pixel 9 has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 79,999.

Google Pixel 9 Pro

The Pixel 9 Pro features a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED display with 1280 x 2856 pixels resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 3000 nits of peak brightness. This handset is equipped with the Tensor G4 processor, and packs a 4700mAh battery with 45W charging support.

The Pixel 9 Pro houses a triple camera setup, consisting of a 50MP main camera, a 48MP ultrawide lens, and a 48MP telephoto sensor. On the front, you get a 42MP selfie shooter.

The Pixel 9 Pro has been launched in India for Rs 1,09,999.

Google Pixel 9 Pro XL

The Pixel 9 Pro XL sports a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display with 1344 x 2992 pixels resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 3000 nits of peak brightness. This device is powered by the Tensor G4 processor, and boasts a 5060mAh battery with 45W charging support.

For photography, the Pixel 9 Pro XL features a triple camera setup which includes a 50MP main camera, a 48MP ultrawide lens, and a 48MP telephoto sensor. On the front, there is a 42MP selfie shooter.

The Pixel 9 Pro XL rolls out at a starting price of Rs 1,24,999.

Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold

The Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold features a 6.3-inch OLED main display with 1080 x 2424 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 2700 nits of peak brightness. Coming to its inner display, there is an 8-inch LTPO OLED display with 2076 x 2152 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 2700 nits of peak brightness. This foldable phone is powered by the Tensor G4 SoC.

For photography, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold houses a triple camera setup, consisting of a 48MP primary camera, a 10.5MP ultrawide lens, and a 10.8MP telephoto sensor. For selfies, it has 10MP sensors on both main and inner displays. Lastly, it is packed with a 4650mAh battery that supports 45-watt fast charging. 

The Pixel 9 Pro Fold has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 1,72,999.

Google Pixel Watch 3

The Google Pixel Watch 3 comes in in two sizes, 41mm and 45mm. The Pixel Watch 3 sports a brighter display than before, offering a 1 to 60Hz refresh rate. This smartwatch is said to offer 35% better battery life than the previous generation, and is said to provide up to 36 hours in battery saver mode.

The Pixel Watch 3 also features auto bedtime detection to save battery while you sleep. Also, it comes with over 40 exercise modes. It tracks sleep, stress, skin temperature, heart rate, and SpO2, and offers real-time running guidance. All data can be accessed via the Fitbit app dashboard.

The Pixel Watch 3 (41mm) is priced at Rs 39,900 in India, while the ⁠Pixel Watch 3 (45mm) costs Rs 43,900.

Google Pixel Buds Pro 2

The Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 is equipped with the Tensor G1 chip. According to Google, these are the first TWS to have Gemini support. They are 27% smaller than the previous Pixel Buds Pro, with active noise cancellation (ANC) that is twice as effective as before. The earbuds are said to offer 8 hours of battery life with ANC on, and up to 30 hours with the charging case. Furthermore, the Buds Pro 2 have large 11 mm drivers and a new high-frequency chamber.

With Conversation Detection, the new buds use AI to tell when you start speaking. Your music gets paused and the earbuds switch to Transparency mode. When the conversation ends, the music resumes automatically, going back to Active Noise Cancellation without you taking any action.

The Pixel Buds Pro 2 is priced at Rs 22,900.
