LG has announced a new lineup of gaming monitors, including the UltraGear OLED Bendable Gaming Monitor, ahead of CES 2024. The monitor, claimed as the world’s first 5K2K bendable OLED monitor, aims to provide an enhanced gaming experience. It incorporates LG’s WOLED technology, which provides high brightness, true blacks, and vibrant colors, among other enhancements. These displays also have advanced features like low blue light emissions, anti-glare and low reflection coating, and a customisable Dual-Mode function for personalised gaming setups.
LG has introduced these three monitors. Here are the specifications:
45GX990A – Bendable 5K2K OLED Monitor
A 45-inch OLED display with dual-mode functionality and 5K2K resolution (5120 x 2160) is included with the monitor. For fluid gameplay, it has a 900R curvature, can be bent from flat to curved, and has a 0.03ms (GtG) response time. It has AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-SYNC certifications. It has 90W power delivery, USB-C, HDMI 2.1, and DisplayPort 2.1.

45GX950A – 5K2K OLED Gaming Monitor
Along with an 800R curvature, 21:9 aspect ratio, and 125 ppi, it has a 45-inch OLED display with 5K2K resolution (5120 x 2160). Additionally, it has a four-sided design that is essentially borderless. NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro certified, the monitor has 90W power delivery, DisplayPort 2.1, HDMI 2.1, and USB-C.
39GX90SA – Smart OLED Gaming Monitor
The gaming monitor has a 39-inch OLED display with a 21:9 aspect ratio and 800R curvature, and it is powered by LG webOS for intelligent streaming. It comes with USB Type-C ports for easy connectivity and an ergonomic L-shaped stand for space-saving design.
The company is expected to reveal the official prices following the grand unveiling at CES 2025. It is then expected to be available on the market shortly.
