Our Verdict
“Good things come at a price.” Not so in the case of the NU L921G. This 19-inch LCD is sturdy and weigh just 5.3 kg, less than most others in its category. It also has the smallest dimensions and footprint. It can be swivelled vertically but not horizontally. It has inbuilt speakers, just in case. D-Sub as well as DVI-D connectors are provided for digital video signal transmission.
The brightness and the contrast ratio make viewing on this monitor a delight. A low response time of 8 ms and large viewing angles make it suitable for gaming as well as movies. Power consumption is 50 W, which again is quite low. In the end, it was the price tag that was the deciding factor in the NU L921G winning the Zero1 Award for 19-inch LCD monitors this year.
