Ambani’s Jio is surely making heads turn in the telecom sector and it seems that they are not ready to settle. Jio has now partnered with a US-based SaaS firm, Plume. We hear that this partnership has come forward to produce Jio home products. Let’s find out more about this partnership and what are Jio’s future plans.
American brand Plume is considered to be the pioneer in network services and consumer experiences. Jio is now planning to get into the cutting-edge home devices market. It also wants to get into small business services. This is where Plume comes into the picture. With the help of the company’s highly scalable cloud platform, Jio and Plume will be able to deliver their services to around 200 million homes in India, according to the company.

Plume’s AI-driven cloud-based platform will be really beneficial for Reliance. When the partnership matures, Reliance Jio will add two new services on JioFiber and JioAirFiber. These are – HomePass and WorkPass. Both are consumer services that Plume and Jio will bring to life together.

Because of this partnership, Jio users could benefit as with the backup of Plume’s Haystack Support and Operations Suite, Jio will be able to work on its performance-related issues, find out network faults, and even track the customer experience.
